Texas EcoLab Reception on Saturday, Sept. 28th at the Texas Memorial Museum

Every year, Braun & Gresham hosts a meet-and-greet reception to introduce the community to Texas EcoLab, a unique program that allows landowners to transition their land to a Wildlife Management Tax Valuation (“Wildlife Exemption”) without first maintaining an Agricultural  (Ag) or Timber Tax Valuation. Under this program, your land could transition into Wildlife Management use after just 2 years — a compelling and cost-effective alternative to the minimum 5 years of grazing or farming typically required under Agricultural or Timber tax codes for similar properties to qualify for a Wildlife Tax Valuation.

Join us at this evening reception to learn more about Texas EcoLab, talk with former EcoLab landowner participants, researchers and professors involved in program, and Braun & Gresham attorneys that have developed the framework to connect landowners to this unique program for nearly 10 years.
