Water Conservation District Joins Other Plaintiffs in Pipeline Lawsuit

Braun & Gresham has assembled a national team of experts and litigators to represent landowners in coalition with cities, counties and groundwater districts to fight a terrible choice of routing a massive and harmful gas pipeline through the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The goal of the coalition is to move the pipeline to a safer and less harmful location. Ultimately, the plan is to change state routing policy so this cannot happen again.
