Eminent Domain:

As the information in the two links explain, the Cities of Buda and Dripping Springs in Hays County, Texas recently adopted Transportation Master Plans. Landowners and business owners should review these plans and determine if they have a property that could be impacted. At some point an impacted landowner may be contacted by a City, County or TxDOT representative to survey or discuss compensation for a “taking” of their property. This would be a critical time to contact one of our condemnation attorneys for a consultation. Braun & Gresham can help on how best to protect your land and receive fair compensation. Call (512) 894-5426 or email [email protected] to discuss your rights.
