County & Federal Transportation Plans:

In addition to complicated local long-term transportation plans discussed in our previous posts, federal transportation plans and TxDOT are getting push backs from local organizations. Two examples are the expansions of I-35 in Austin and I-45 in Houston. Various private organizations are retooling the potential growth with smarter transportation designs for communities and the increased traffic problems. We are actively monitoring these issues and will keep you updated on these innovative ideas making a difference in the way we live. At Braun & Gresham, PLLC, we are actively engaged in innovative development plans impacting our clients and their communities.
