Access to Property:

I recently did a podcast with Tiffany Dowell Lashmet on access to property, featured in her Ag Law in the Field Podcast. We discussed common myths about landlocked property in Texas, how to establish access if you find yourself landlocked, and tips for working with your neighbors and avoiding litigation. If you own land in Texas, it is important to know if you have the legal right to access your property. If you have questions, please contact me at (512) 894-5426 or email [email protected].

Braun & Gresham Visits the Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Preserve:

Our team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff recently enjoyed a day out of the office hiking a client’s preserve.

The Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Preserve boasts miles of hiking trails for the public and an abundance of wildlife to explore. Our team helped the Dahlstrom family negotiate a lease with Hays County to open the 384-acre Preserve for public access. We took the opportunity to share this success with our entire team by personally visiting The Preserve on April 20, 2023…

Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Preserve Hours/Closures/Fees

The Gay Ruby Dahlstrom Preserve is located in Buda and open to the public for hiking and nature viewing. Visit Hays County website to view the Preserve’s seasonal hours, annual closures, entry fees for adults and children, and to book your trip.
