Overview:
The Matterhorn Express Pipeline is a proposed pipeline by WhiteWater Midstream that would span approximately 410 miles from Upton County to Fort Bend County. In February 2022, WhiteWater Midstream requested a permit from the Texas Railroad Commission which would allow WhiteWater to install the pipeline.
Affected Texas Counties include: Austin, Burnet, Concho, Fort Bend, Glasscock, Irion, Lampasas, Lee, McCulloch, Reagan, San Saba, Tom Green, Waller, Washington, and Williamson Counties
Potentially impacted landowners have been contacted by right-of-way acquisition agents employed by Norfleet, initiating the condemnation process and first steps to acquire the land needed to construct.
