DESCRIPTION:Braun & Gresham is pleased to be a sponsor for the Texas Land & Mineral Owners Association’s 2026 Statewide Members Meeting and announce that attorney and counselor Nathan Yates will speak at the event on Tuesday\, October 6\, in San Antonio. \nSince 1999\, TLMA has advocated for fairness and balance in matters affecting Texas land and mineral owners. Its statewide meeting brings members together to learn about issues that may influence their property\, their surface and/or subsurface rights\, and overall long-term interests. \nAs data center development expands across Texas\, landowners face important decisions involving land use\, infrastructure\, utilities\, option contracts\, purchase agreements\, leases\, and surface use accommodation agreements.
