Its statewide meeting brings members together to learn about issues that may influence their property\, their surface and/or subsurface rights\, and overall long-term interests. \nAs data center development expands across Texas\, landowners face important decisions involving land use\, infrastructure\, utilities\, option contracts\, purchase agreements\, leases\, and surface use accommodation agreements.
