SUMMARY:International Right of Way Association Austin Chapter 74 Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join Attorney & Counselor Carly Barton of Braun & Gresham for the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Austin Chapter 74 Luncheon\, where she will present on the emerging development of 765-kV transmission lines in Texas and the legal processes that shape transmission routing and property acquisition. \nAs Texas expands its energy infrastructure to meet growing demand\, higher-capacity 765-kV transmission lines are being introduced to the state’s electrical grid. These projects require complex routing approvals through the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC). \nDuring this presentation\, Carly will outline the legal framework governing transmission line development in Texas\, including how transmission routes are evaluated and approved\, and how the condemnation process works when infrastructure projects impact private land. Attendees will gain a clear\, practical understanding of how transmission projects move from planning and regulatory review to right-of-way acquisition. \nLearn more and register to attend the IRWA Austin Chapter 74 Luncheon\nBraun & Gresham is dedicated to representing landowners and has extensive experience advising clients in condemnation and eminent domain matters\, particularly when utilities and infrastructure projects affect private property rights. \nThis IRWA Austin Chapter 74 Luncheon will take place on April 9th and is open to members and non-members of the International Right of Way Association. We hope to see you there. \n

DESCRIPTION:Braun & Gresham is a proud sponsor of the Austin Ducks Unlimited Annual Dinner & Auction\, an annual gathering that supports Ducks Unlimited’s mission of habitat conservation.  \nThe Austin Ducks Unlimited Annual Dinner & Auction brings together members\, supporters\, and conservation advocates for an evening dedicated to supporting these efforts and celebrating the shared commitment to protecting land and wildlife habitat.  \nThe event will take place on April 16 at 6:00 p.m. at Branch Park Pavilion in Austin\, Texas. Members of the Braun & Gresham team look forward to attending and connecting with others who support conservation and thoughtful land stewardship. We hope to see you there. \nLearn more and register to attend the Austin Ducks Unlimited Annual Dinner & Auction. \nDucks Unlimited was founded in 1937 during the Dust Bowl\, when North America’s drought-plagued waterfowl populations had dropped to historic lows. Determined to help restore and protect vital habitat\, a small group of conservation-minded sportsmen formed an organization dedicated to protecting wetlands and the wildlife that depend on them. Today\, Ducks Unlimited has grown into the world’s largest private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization.  \nThe organization works to conserve\, restore\, and manage wetlands and associated habitats for North America’s waterfowl\, which also benefits other wildlife and people. Through partnerships with landowners\, private individuals\, conservation groups\, and government agencies\, Ducks Unlimited continues to advance conservation efforts across the continent.
