  • Power Line Voltage: 138-kV Line
  • Easements Requirements: 80 ft Easement Required
  • Power Line Height: 75-115 ft
  • Final Order Issued: July 20, 2021

Project Updates:

Braun & Gresham is working with local landowners, and recently learned that Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is requesting the right to enter landowners’ property and conduct a survey. Acquiring survey rights is the first step in the condemnation process, and typically proceeds the initial offer to purchase the land impacted by the transmission line route.
