Project Updates:

Braun & Gresham is working with landowners in your area, and recently learned that CPS Energy is requesting the right to conduct on-site surveys. Acquiring survey rights is the first step in the condemnation process, and typically proceeds the initial offer to purchase the land impacted by the transmission line route. State law requires just compensation to be paid for the taking of your land. Any offer by CPS Energy should be nothing less than full market value.
