(“Brazos”), regarding the construction of a transmission line project across your land, please join us for a webinar on March 11th from 12-1pm, and again on March 13th from 6-7pm to learn more about your rights in this complex legal process. Braun & Gresham Attorney and Counselor, Patrick Reznik will spend a few minutes discussing the basics of condemnation, and then open the floor to landowners to ask any and all questions you may have about the line(s) affecting your land. The important thing to remember is that even if you’ve received a letter in the mail from the utility informing you of their intentions, this does not mean that it’s a done deal. There are many ways to influence the condemnation process to ensure your wants and needs are met, but it’s important that you involve knowledgeable professionals that can help guide you through the process.
