As Thanksgiving Approaches, Our Firm Reflects On The Year And All We Are Grateful For.
In 2023 our firm experienced an exceptional amount of growth. We added new team members and additional services for landowners. This month alone, we welcomed Attorney Laura Bowen to our firm, who guides property owners through solar and wind lease negotiations. We also moved our headquarters to a larger space to accommodate our growing team.
Without you, so much of our growth would not have been possible. We are honored to have served Texas landowners for the past 25 years and look forward to the years ahead advocating for our clients and their land.

Laura Bowen joined Braun & Gresham’s team of attorneys, representing landowners in negotiating wind and solar leases. Laura is a fifth-generation Texas cattle rancher from Winkler County who strives to help landowners understand contracts touching and concerning their land. She negotiates to secure the best compensation for her clients and ensure protections for future generations.
Having worked alongside her family for many years, Laura is uniquely suited to understand landowner needs. In addition to wind and solar leases, she also represents clients with battery storage leasing, data storage leasing, mineral accommodations, and surface use agreements.
