About Samuel

Sam assists clients facing legal challenges or disputes concerning their land, and works to minimize impacts to their property and achieve a resolution that protects their assets. As a future fourth-generation landowner, Sam’s passion for protecting and defending landowners’ rights is deeply rooted in his personal connection to land and the heritage that is tied to it.

Sam leverages his background in environmental and regulatory law in order to address the unique and complicated issues that often arise with property ownership. From negotiating water rights leases, navigating environmental permitting, protesting property tax appraisals, or representing landowners in complex litigation, Sam is able to tackle a variety of issues on behalf of his landowner-clients.

Based out of Dripping Springs, Sam and his wife, Angela, share a passion for the Hill Country and look forward to sharing that passion with their first-born that arrived in June 2022.
