If you have recently been contacted by Electric Transmission Texas, LLC (ETT) regarding the construction of the Lobo to Rio Bravo to North Edinburg 345kV transmission line project across your land, please join us for a webinar to learn more about your rights in this complex legal process. Braun & Gresham Attorney and Counselor, Patrick Reznik will spend a few minutes giving a brief overview of the condemnation process, and then open the floor to landowners to ask any and all questions you may have about this line.

The important thing to remember is that even if you’ve received a letter in the mail from a condemnation entity informing you of their intentions, this does not mean that it’s a done deal. There are many ways to influence the condemnation process to ensure that your wants and needs are met, but it’s important that you involve knowledgeable professionals that can help guide you through the process.
