Meghan grew up in Southeast Texas, immersed in the family’s forestry business.  In her early career, she worked hard to balance the existing needs of timberland owners with the developing oil and gas fields in East Texas and Western Louisiana.  The experience of seeing firsthand how rural timberlands are managed gave her a unique perspective on how landowners were utilizing their property, and she learned how to best use the surface to minimize impact to the surface owners when development such as pipelines, well locations and roads were built on their property.

For the last ten years, she has been bringing that perspective of matching existing land use with developing industries to best serve both parties, broadening the scope to include the Texas Gulf Coast, Hill County and ranch and brush lands of South Texas.
