Blackfin Pipeline Overview

Blackfin Pipeline is a proposed pipeline that will span approximately 193 miles from Colorado County to Jasper County. The width of the pipeline varies and can be up to 48 inches in diameter. It will be buried 3 feet below the surface, and up to 5 feet under road crossings.

Affected Texas Counties Include: Colorado, Austin, Waller, Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Hardin, and Jasper County

Impacted Properties

Landowners who are potentially impacted are being contacted by Blackfin Pipeline representatives. If you have not been contacted, there are currently no plans for the pipeline to cross your property.

The width of the permanent pipeline easement will be 50 ft., with an additional 95 ft. temporary construction easement.
