Hosted by the Texas Real Estate Research Center (TRERC), this annual conference brings together landowners, brokers, appraisers, attorneys, and other professionals involved in Texas land transactions and valuation. The 2026 program features leading economists and industry experts addressing the key forces shaping Texas land values, real estate trends, energy markets, agricultural policy, and emerging legal issues.

Nathan will join two fellow attorneys for a session on “Renewables: Expert Negotiations, Sitting, and Decommissioning.”
